At Children’s Factory, we believe in a safe and creative environment for our children as they grow, develop and learn. In order to keep that vision alive through future generations, we are taking steps to ensure a quality product is being made in a quality work environment.

In addition to our own in-house testing and evaluation process, we utilize independent third party testing agencies to do product testing. Our products undergo testing for flammability, lead, phthalates and other harmful elements, as well as physical and mechanical tests.

Children’s Factory products received the UL GREENGUARD® Gold Certification which certifies our products and materials for low chemical emissions. Our materials are rigorously tested for harmful chemicals as well as emission levels from our final products in order to preserve indoor air quality. We also adhere to annual recertification testing and quarterly monitoring program to ensure ongoing compliance.

We are putting forth our best efforts to ensure a safe, environmentally friendly product for our valued customers.

The satisfaction of our customers is extremely important to us. We will always stand by the quality, workmanship and safety of our products. Please refer to your specific dealer’s warranty policy and contact them directly with any claim you may have within their guidelines.

We take great pride in providing the highest quality products for your little ones. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact the dealer through which you purchased the item to start the return process. Children’s Factory will work closely with that dealer to make sure you are satisfied. Due to the personal nature of COVID-19 related products, these items are nonreturnable.

If a product is damaged upon delivery, we apologize for your trouble and will work swiftly with your dealer to replace the item. Please report the damage to your dealer within 24 hours of receipt. In most cases, we can avoid the need for you to return the item to us if you are able to provide your dealer with a digital image of the damage. Please note that we are unable to accept returns which have not been pre-authorized by your dealer.

An integral part of our design process is to incorporate the highest quality materials that are appropriate for each individual application. All materials in our line have been tested by a third party accredited lab and either meet or exceed all U.S. and country specific standards for child safety.

Indoor Cuddle-Ups® Pillows are made with an easy-care soft polyester fabric cover. Covers are wrinkle resistant, water repellent and can be removed for machine washing and drying. Pillows under 17″ are filled with a comfy polyester fiber fill and those over 17″ are filled with top quality shredded foam for added support.

Outdoor Pillows are made with a heavy duty nylon pack cloth which is perfect for use on outdoor surfaces. In addition to the durable water repellent coating, the covers also feature both a zipper and strong hook & loop closure to keep moisture away from the shredded foam filling.

Discovery Pathways® Climbers and Soft Play items are made of a variety of durable upholstery cover materials including laminated vinyl which is extremely strong, expanded vinyl which has a faux leather appearance and superior abrasion resistance and most recently Polyurethane which has a homey look and feel and is completely PVC free. All foam shapes are filled with polyurethane foam.

Bean Bags are made of traditional bean bag vinyl that has been double-stitched in our process for extra durability. Bags are filled with cushiony polystyrene beads enclosed with a double safety locking zipper.

Mirrors are made of acrylic which is the ideal option for maximum clarity while being shatter resistant. Our mirrors are laser cut to provide super smooth edges. A special sub-surface printing process ensures that inks are kept away from curious little fingers.

Cots – To disinfect, use up to a 5:1 water/household bleach solution. When cleaning or disinfecting, be sure to thoroughly rinse with a clean wet cloth to remove all chemicals. This will provide the purest surface for your child and also prolong the life of the material.

Educational Rugs – You may use any approved powder dry cleaning carpet products in combination with your vacuum cleaner on a regular basis. Please be sure to test a small area on your rug with any new carpet cleaning product before using it on your entire rug. When spot cleaning your rug, gently blot the area, do not scrub abrasively. PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY PRODUCT THAT CONTAINS CHEMICALS OR BLEACH AS THIS CAN DAMAGE THE COLORS ON YOUR RUG. DO NOT VACUUM OVER SERGED EDGES AS THIS MAY DAMAGE THE YARNS. CHILDREN’S FACTORY DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS DAMAGE. DO NOT SATURATE CARPET WITH WET SOLUTION. DO NOT USE WATER TO CLEAN THE CARPET REGULARLY, ONLY TO SPOT CLEAN STAINS.

Mirrors – Clean surface with a furniture polish such as Pledge®. Do not use ammonia-based window cleaners.

Pillows – Fabric pillow covers are machine washable in cold water. Turn cover inside out prior to washing. Dry on low heat.

Play Carpets – Surface washable only. To clean, use a soft cloth with mild soap and water.

Soft Foam-Filled Products – All vinyl and polyurethane covered items can be surface washed with a soft cloth and mild liquid soap and water solution. To disinfect, use up to a 5:1 water/household bleach solution. When cleaning or disinfecting, be sure to thoroughly rinse with a clean wet cloth to remove all chemicals. This will provide the purest surface for your child and also prolong the life of the material.

Wood Furniture – Wood furniture items can be surface washed with a soft cloth and mild liquid soap and water solution. To disinfect, use up to a 5:1 water/household bleach solution. When cleaning or disinfecting, be sure to thoroughly rinse with a clean wet cloth to remove all chemicals. Dry product completely after cleaning or disinfecting. DO NOT ALLOW STANDING WATER TO SIT ON PRODUCT.
