FB00002 Use Yubikeys from Yubico. By using Yubikeys, we will greatly secure all company devices and protect them from phishing attempts. It will also allow us to use super complicated passwords while being able to sign in within seconds. Dan Exploring Ideas from Anywhere, 5/14/24 This was actually suggested as a way to harden our cyber security stance so I’ll be digging into this as a much higher priority than it has been.

FB00016 If a location has something in it that is “On Hold” in JASCI, it gets locked up and things can’t taken in or out of it. Dan In Progress Gemba, 5/16/24 This work has been completed by JASCI and is available to be tested in the UAT.
FB00019 I think it would be in our best interest to move woodline assembly to West Park for space so more Sku’s can move back to McKinley with out having space issues in the future. Geoff Collins Being Evaluated Employee Feedback Form, 6/20/24 This is one of the options for improving woodline next year that we are considering. Preparing a spot at West Park to be ready for the woodline would be costly and an offseason project. If we do it we would have to put it in our capex budget for next year and make the move in early 2025. We are still making the decision based on how we do this year and the growth potential of our woodline.

FB00052 Add Barcode data to a simplified Shop Packet Print, that reduces paper and increases manufacturing productivity. Will In Progress Gemba Walk, 8/15/24 We have a module that already exists that might be able to work instead of the suggested modification. We were waiting for BTS to end and the sandbox for testing of the existing module, now for testing that we are waiting on the sandbox. If the existing module can be used and fulfills all of the requirements without additional support from Aptean we can deploy it. The feedback that I’ve received thus far when approaching the department leads is a consensus that they would like to see what the ‘New’ work orders that would be created would look like before signing off on the modification. So UAT will need to be done to A. determine if the solution meets all requirements, and B. gain buy-in from production departments. I don’t believe this modification would affect shipping, but that is another factor that I thought needed to be considered.

Currently the work done on work orders in Intuitive is completely disconnected from JASCI after the Work Order has been passed to JASCI, and work done on Work Orders in JASCI has no affect on Intuitive. The request is to unify the process and systems somehow.
