This is one of the options for improving woodline next year that we are considering. Preparing a spot at West Park to be ready for the woodline would be costly and an offseason project. If we do it we would have to put it in our capex budget for next year and make the move in early 2025. We are still making the decision based on how we do this year and the growth potential of our woodline. |

We have a module that already exists that might be able to work instead of the suggested modification. We were waiting for BTS to end and the sandbox for testing of the existing module, now for testing that we are waiting on the sandbox. If the existing module can be used and fulfills all of the requirements without additional support from Aptean we can deploy it. The feedback that I’ve received thus far when approaching the department leads is a consensus that they would like to see what the ‘New’ work orders that would be created would look like before signing off on the modification. So UAT will need to be done to A. determine if the solution meets all requirements, and B. gain buy-in from production departments. I don’t believe this modification would affect shipping, but that is another factor that I thought needed to be considered. |
